iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

That's awesome! gridsky.app/freezybean Aaand, if you’d like to categorize your posts and show them filtered by categories… well, you can do that on Gridsky 👀

We’re a bit confused, but seems definitely important

Haven’t tested it for the last 4 hours, but we take your word for it *runs to do some checks*

Thanks for reporting! Another bug fixed. (we tweaked a couple of things this morning and voilà, broken)

Just fixed an issue that occurred when opening gridsky.app for the very first time, sorry about that (we definitely should set up a couple of tests before pushing updates, but <insert-random-excuse here>)

I'd like to share a pic on our page too (;

Unlike your ex, we never left you

Gridsky @gridsky.app · 12/06/2025

The truth is, it wasn’t ready — and it still isn’t. We can’t wait any longer, so alpha-0.6.0 is out

Gridsky @gridsky.app · 08/05/2025

@gridsky.dev is our dev profile — follow us for more technical updates! Even if you're not a developer, you can still get a peek behind the scenes. We're rebooting the project in a more open way but don't worry, Gridsky alpha-0.6.X is still on track for release, just a couple of fixes

hello world!

We're going to rebuild Gridsky openly, starting with the UI

lol, join our Discord and take part in the rebuild

Let’s reimagine everything from scratch. Gridsky. Grids. Cubes. Colors. Squares

The real question now is: do we keep going, and open it up? Would it be worth the effort? github.com/gridsky-app

Gridsky has come this far. It's a rough draft shaped by six months of experimenting with the AT Protocol to understand what an app like this can realistically achieve. We might even be ready to start over

071 0

But that would have meant working quietly and in a rush for a long time, maybe without getting any kind of support until it all worked perfectly — and ending up releasing it after a decade, or maybe never at all

There was a plan to make the project available to everyone in the future (not right away, but in a few years), so that anyone could download it, see the code, contribute, or even run Gridsky on their own

130 0

First of all, let’s start from the beginning. What is Gridsky meant to be? An app focused on photos and videos that integrates as many services from the AT Protocol as possible, starting with Bluesky, and offering an Instagram-like interface that can be customized

Gridsky @gridsky.app · 02/05/2025

Who wanna see Gridsky work properly? I think a couple of you might want to

Reordering posts in the grid will be even smarter on Gridsky alpha-0.6.X, also allowing you to reorder and manage draft posts on the fly

In the upcoming update, users will be able to customize their sidebar layout. You decide what shows up top: feed categories, your activities, saved searches… or whatever new modules come next

aaaand it probably is 🚨

Let’s start with the Liked Posts section — you’ll be able to browse and quickly access the posts you love in a comfortable grid view

Now we'll show you some of the recent changes, what you'll find soon in the new alpha-0.6.X

Gridsky alpha-0.6.X at 250 followers? Or tell us why we should release it now, maybe you'll convince us! 😎👇

Hope you can hold on a little longer without being able to create posts just yet! For now, think of Gridsky as a read-only platform — a nice little showcase for your content, because that’s what it is at the moment! #bluesky #gridsky #instagram #web #media #nature #design #art #creativity #photos

Now it will resolve the PDS automatically 🚀

130 0

Yeah, that makes sense. It would be worth automating the process, even though the UI was quite charming

Gridsky @gridsky.app · 24/03/2025

You can now log in to Gridsky with your PDS! May the decentralization be with you #atproto

Sure, we already worked a lot on it. We drafted it and showed it to you... Now we're going to make it happen ✨

Gridsky @gridsky.app · 24/03/2025

We're trying to offer a super duper experience

Gridsky @gridsky.app · 22/03/2025

Cutew, we still need cats and this pic is really appreciated

Gridsky @gridsky.app · 22/03/2025

This profile looks great on Gridsky

Gridsky @gridsky.app · 21/03/2025

This version is all about Settings and Profile Grids. We refined what we had and introduced a new way to stand out. You can now select posts, drag them around, and organize your grids to make an impact

PS: this is the explanation, not an excuse. Now we'll focus and fix it ahah

Gridsky @gridsky.app · 14/03/2025

Yeah, it happens to me too. Just refresh, and you'll be fine. You're logged in, but some variable did not update
