I was working in the backyard and realized one of my AC units wasn’t running. I immediately started troubleshooting it and couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t on. Then I went inside & realized it had cooled to what I had set it at. That never happens in AL because it’s too hot! 🤣

Mom started feeling bad on the 20th and was admitted to the hospital on the 21st with COVID. She’s doing better though. Nola went to the vet today & has liver disease. I started feeling sick today and now am in the ED with shortness of breath. Prayers please, mom > Nola > me.

Egypt/Morocco Shenanigans, Day 1: I made it to Cairo this evening. I checked into the hotel, stocked up on water, and exchanged money. Then I went out to dinner and tried koshari, the national dish. It was delicious, and the meal, a bottle of water, & a 7-up cost $2.20 USD. 🤯

I had a hellish night in the ICU then got back to the hotel an hour late, but when I walked in there was a dog in the lobby. I said hi & she started bowing & giving kisses. Her mom was shocked & says she never does that for strangers. Anyway, thanks pup, for making it better.❤️
