Started 2 wars (Iran / Venezuela), with 1 on deck (Cuba) and 3 threats (Canada / Greenland / Panama). Could not stop the war that he promised to end on day one of his Presidency. Changed the name of his Dept of Defense to Dept of War. The only recognition this deserves is a War Prize.
