You, specifically, are experiencing events just a bit out of order.
Benefit and Drawback: When you would Heroic Resource equal to your Victories at the beginning of combat, if it’s 10 or less, roll 1d10. You gain that amount of Heroic Resource instead. If you roll the same number as a previous time since your last respite, reroll until you get a number that hasn’t been chosen.

Collective Unconscious
You can tap into the psychic ambience present in populations. When you take a respite in a settlement, you can cause a portion of the settlement’s inhabitants to become preoccupied with a particular thought or mood. Every subsequent day that you take a respite in that settlement causes more of the population to become affected by this perk. If you take a respite in the settlement for seven consecutive days, you can cause the majority of people to spend the day performing a baffling but not destructive or self harming activity, such as uncontrollably dancing, speaking backwards, or laughing hysterically.

If you stop taking respites on consecutive days, or at the end of the seventh day, that population can’t be affected by this perk again for one year

-I’ll get around to it: If you are the last hero to take a turn in a round of combat and have not used your triggered action this round, you may take an additional trigged action this round.
-I work well under pressure: You may skip your turn in the first round of a montage to gain a double edge on a test made during the second round of that montage.
-It just looks like I’m not working on it: If you take a respite without taking a respite activity, roll 3d10 on your next project roll. If any two of the tree dice make a natural 18, 19, or 20, you gain the benefit of a breakthrough. You can’t benefit from this title again until you gain a Victory.
