I don't even know if I want him back. I like his blunt manner and think he's done a good job of keeping the team invested (while bringing a baseline level that's higher than the club has had the last 7yrs. I don't think he's been amazing and his use of personnel has been questionable at best.

Is Weiler involved enough on the acquistion side? The way he's used Clark, and Turner, and Markovic, etc suggests he isn't. Front office acquiring players without considering fit and style is not good.

This is how the club thinks. It's called an outline. A plan involves more thinking. When did the club decide it wasn't signing a FA? Have they identified the deadweight (other than the kids)? Is there a list of players to pursue or will The DOCTOR discover the SuperDraft and let AI do it?

This like the 3rd or 4th player RBNY has signed off the second team after giving them minutes with the first team. That's in addition to Mehmeti and Hall. Meanwhile, DC rarely has a full subs bench and half of the subs are unplayable according to the coach.
