Strike statistics for July 2026 out: 34,000 days not worked in 63 strikes by 6,000 workers. With the exception of April, pretty much the same level for all of 2026 so far but a lot lower than tail end of 2025.

#strikes Strike levels in UK for June 2026 out today: 47,000 days not worked in 55 strikes by 9,000 workers. Similar to May 2026 but sharply down on April 2026 which was more like the last few months of 2025.

Strike stats out yesterday showing dramatic fall in strike levels for Jan 26 (compared to Nov & Dec 25) so much more like most of 2024 and 2025: 31,000 days not worked in 62 strikes by 6,000 workers.
