It helped me through the hard times. Through diagnosed depression. And much more. And when people look into our community, all they see is the sexual parts. Not the parts that safe lives.

Especially with undiagnosed Autism. I was behind other kids. Without giving much detail I became a hateful toddler and later child. I bit. Hit Didint start talking untill 5ish But when I reached early teenage years maybe younger I discovered ABDL And it changed my life.

ABDL is a strange part of my life. Not just the facts of liking nappies and using them for everything. But how it helps me through life. I was in the care system when I was younger. It fucked me up bad. Sure yes it was only for 6 months but to a 2 or 3 year old? Thats alot.
