The research confirms what we already knew: effective forest carbon farming isn't just about measuring carbon. It's about building trust, understanding different perspectives, and creating solutions communities actually want to adopt. Read the full study: edepot.wur.nl/699545 (4/4)

That's why FORESTCARBOVISION takes a transnational, participatory approach. We're co-designing tools with forest owners, environmental professionals, and policymakers across Finland, Iceland, and Ireland. Listening isn't optional; it's essential. (3/4)

What does this mean for forest carbon farming? That technology alone isn't enough. Drones and AI can measure carbon with precision. But if the people who own and manage forests don't trust or understand the solutions, they won't be adopted. (2/4)

A new study in the International Forestry Review reveals something crucial: stakeholders don't all see forest restoration the same way. Three distinct "paradigms" shaped by different values and beliefs. And when they clash? Conflicts arise. (1/4)
