A recent feature on the front page of @itch.io made my idle game reach way more people. Really thankful. It went as far as #4 in New&Popular and #20 in Popular. It's an idle game in which you decorate to get stronger. You turn your old and lousy apartment into a scam business. #gamedev #godot

quick, take this image of two dogs playing on a Ouija board that i found in a random amazon review

There is a wooden Ouija board on a table. A little in the back, behind the Ouija board, is the lower portion of a dog visible. In front of the Ouija board is another dog reaching into the screen with its arm and having its paw on the moving piece of the Ouija board. It looks like the dogs are actively playing with the Ouija board, making this image both hilarious and odd.

By using a grid system and only checking for coin collisions in the current and neighbouring cells performance has dramatically improved. In Gamblers Table, collisions are used to prevent coins from overlapping and determine what coins a shockwave should trigger. #indiegame #gamedev #pixelart
