I’ve been working with American Indian images, but I’m aware that I’m a white man. My quest has been to discover Indian aesthetics and to tell my version of others’ stories. I follow my own spirits in my art, but I don’t want to offend any Indigenous peoples, past or present – if I do, tell me.
