Should clarify not calling out El Perry here, great game under a lot of pressure. Sarah Bern was just annoyingly good and played the whistle well IMO

This year was the first you can isolate areas where the game was won & lost 2025 the attack never got running and the def was tired by 50mins 2026 messy lineout, Bern pushing Perry to collapse to win pens, & ball stripped in contact killed the attack, but ☘️ won a lot of moments over the full 80

Yeah, structures shouldn't be copy paste unless it's justified. Travel & cost are big considerations. Mediterranian could be cool, money allowing. I'm pro anything that puts the Spannish and Portuguese in the mix. I think the main thing is there needs to be more than the PWR and E1 at the top end.

I agree I just think at that point, if the IRFU is using a provicial model; a Pro12 style comp and a European Cup is preferable to a Brittish and Irish league. More control, better revenue split (from a non IRFU point of view, more space to expand which is better for the game in Europe)

4 is a tough sell. Along with the 2 welsh and 2 Scotish, that'd bring the pwr up to 17. Which seems too big for 1 division IMO. That's assuming that the Italians (maybe the Spanish 🤞) don't make a proposal. Accepting < 4 seems like abandoning both the AIL or URC model for very few pro-opportunities.

As a Leinster fan who remembers 2012, I have always respected the spreys, cannot believe how that legacy can be discarded like a used tissue by the powers that be. (Not that this would be a fair demise for Scarlets, Cardiff or Dragons either mind you)

Seeing growth in some countries with strong mens teams (eg South Africa) has been great. Though really would like to see the countries important to women's rugby history not left behind. (Spain, Kazakstan, Netherlands, Sweden, more recently Madagascar)

It feels like tier 1 mens teams (world rugby unions with 3 votes) had an outsized say Trapped in Div 2 are Fiji, a team that's shown imense improvement and beat Wales (div 1) Spain, banished from the 6N will have less game time against teams ranked above them Brazil, the most exciting new WRWC team

Yeah I am informed that the drive from Wellington to Aukland (both only North Island) is 7 hours compared to Ireland were the train from Cork to Dublin being 3. (And it's a slow train) I would agree the cost they can control.

When Ireland have limited the top 4 in the past I feel we've rode our luck penaltywise. The size of the Canadians is forcing errors. But we're really struggling to paint the right pictures IMO

I do wonder if the last couple of pre tour games have given people unreasonable expectations, in 2013 they played a Bah Bahs, also a scratch team and in 2021 they played a Japan team who hadn't played a test for 2 years. I do love this pumas side and how they attack.

Muzzo was so good! I think there has been a lot of kneejerk doomerism around Italy after their first 2 games, but they're still competitive in 6 Nations. What they're doing to try catch Fance or England is the worry.

I'd have to guess Portugal 🇵🇹for the most players? lot of chopping and changing in the halfbacks and back 3. 4 players that started all games? Germany only had 6 tests so maybe them? but I feel like Romania was fairly consistent (but I can only think of 2 players that might have started every game)
