Made some homemade gluten-free Kreplach this evening following a recipe from The Jewish Cookbook. While it was an absolute labor of 3 hours, it was worth it. I ended up with almost 80 dumplings. Throwing a bunch in the freezer for easy dinners for the next couple months. #jewish #cooking #kreplach

Just watched #EmiliaPerez last night, it was fantastic! While I loved the music, what really blew me away was the story. I almost wish it wasn’t a musical. Some of the scenes that were very tense were paired with lighter music or dance numbers, it felt a bit distracting.

One of the things I feel so weird about at work is that people don’t just recognize you for your achievements. If I want a promotion, I have to apply for it, if I want people to know about a win I need to document and present it. Just makes the accomplishments feel artificial and underwhelming.
