So it is balloon day apparently... Eef seems to have become a big, loud yellow cauldron of unknown stuff... Maybe it's that sticker that Gee sneakily put on her when she gifted her that cute pijama; either way, I think both of them will enjoy the result of the transformation :3

Eef has transformed into a massive p-balloon woman, barely fitting her pijamas Gee gifter her (alongside the sticker she put on her while she wasn't looking). Despite her hugeness, she is very oblivious of her current size, as expected from a girlfriend.
Her bloated gut is very loud, gurggles and creaks deeply echo through her entire self, signaling how filled to the brim she is; due to this fullness, her bellybutton popped out, turning into a cute mini-balloon in front of her balloony gut.
She states to have urges to pop onto someone, which is what Gee wanted from the let go of her little shenanigan, now it is a matter of time for when both finally get what they want, maybe turning into scraps together.
