I'm just going to say this. A text/email/call reminder for an appointment is a courtesy, not something to be relied on. If you miss an appointment and say "well I didn't get a reminder" that's not a valid excuse. Set your own fucking reminders.

I was ALMOST sold on @proton.me while searching for AI alternatives, even though they have an LLM, it seemed super secure and totally optional. Just had some concerns and wanted to reach out to someone for some clarification. Turns out an AI chatbot is their only contact option. So disappointing.
