Sometimes game development is really fun! Sometimes it's about repeatedly trying to fix a problem, running into another problem, and then another... I was having issues with Steam Auto-Cloud and it turns out it was because my save file happened to be too big! (4kb over size) #gamedev #steamdev

I wanted to reward players who do various achievements, and I now have implemented a way to do this with my meta upgrades. For each meta upgrade, I have added toggleability for showing it based on achievement/ascension/unlocked! See below warrior upgrades vs all possible ones! #gamedev #indiedev

One thing I try to do is to continually work on my game. Even though I'm not making daily posts anymore - I do work on the game daily! I use GitHub to track my progress, and I strive for 1 commit / day (i.e. at the least one change to the codebase). How do you track your work? #indiedev #gamedev
