Almost 50% of us knew this but the slight majority let their prejudices win. The same thing happened in England which has left the country much worse off. You could say Karma there as well. Please don’t assume the whole of Cornwall voted for Brexit.

First only ran routes that made a profit. They ditched all the subsidised routes a few years ago and kept the Mousehole route because it made a profit. I think Mr Stephens is being disingenuous by saying the route can’t be run as it was. It has been for years. It is also part of Mousehole’s history.

I used to drive the Moushole bus and as you can imagine heard all sorts (even had a Muesli once). It seems people are more aware how it isn’t pronounced than how it actually is. When asked, I used to say it rhymes with ‘arousal’.
