Yep. It's pretty much certain that I'd go into shutdown if arrested anyway, there's no chance they'd be able to interview me. A competent solicitor who knew me might be able to keep me off a psych ward though - I'm autistic, not mentally ill.

The duty solicitor advised the person to just say what happened on the surface and basically admit guilt. A solicitor I used to know then and an ex-cop friend (I was trying to get them better advice) both said fuck no, say nothing, what they have isn't evidence...

There is a difference, it's that the transphobic Dem is more dangerous. It shifts the Dem party towards transphobia as a whole, eventually ending with a two-party since in which both parties want us dead. Republicans can be fought, if there's consensus it's game over.
