My mom is on her deathbed & is expected to pass within a week. I made my peace with this a long time ago because of the nature of our relationship. She was abusive toward me in a number of ways. She was horribly manipulative towards myself & my brother. Good riddance to bad rubbish, I say.

I believe this is the culmination of decades of the school to prison system. They’re doubling down on it by eliminating the Department of Education with the ultimate goal of using prison labor at extremely low wages to work the farms & fill all of the jobs that undocumented workers previously held
