One thing that fascinates me about Apollo is the way that he sorta defies most of what I thought I knew about cats. He wants unlimited belly rubs until *I* get tired of giving them, and his tail will wag and thrash about the whole time even though he's also happily purring away for the duration.

So this guy's story is just absolutely bizarre. Turns out he already has a chip, but there's no registered owner attached to it, and the only info we have from the manufacturer is the record of it being sold to a now defunct pet store in NJ in *2013*. And he's clearly only like, 3-4 years old?

Anyone have any experience in dealing with stray cats? We had a second visitor today along with another instance of the other one and I suspect there may be an entire litter. I'd like to try to socialize them a bit and maybe look into getting them off the streets and into a shelter, if possible.
