It also shows that RA synovial fluid shifts healthy PBMCs toward the T+B lymphocyte-enriched synovial subtype. Across 1M+ cells, 5 disease backgrounds, & 168 perturbagens, the framework cleanly separates compounds that move donors back toward control from those that push them further into disease. 💡

Benchmarked against RA synovium and SLE datasets, our framework recovers known disease axes and gene programs while discovering new morphological endpoints directly from imaging. 📸

To better understand how immune cells jointly behave in a complex inflammatory environment, the Graph team profiled millions of primary-immune cells in a disease-relevant systemic inflammation condition, and identified numerous hits that affect inflammasome modulation in monocytes. 📊 💡

By using rheumatoid arthritis (RA) as a case study, the Graph team demonstrates a generalizable framework that can work in iterative cycles of lab experimentation and prediction, i.e. a lab-in-the-loop approach 🔁, to systematically understand mechanisms and drivers of the disease.
