Reading through the nodes of the many examples posted in the Discord art showcase channel is your best bet for learning. Toy with the settings, rewire them, copy interesting sections from one file to another, and ask for help in the Discord if you get stuck.

Similar, but without needing a runtime. Just a self-contained binary. A planned bundling system will package many assets (say, hundreds of separate game textures) into a binary with just the needed dependencies across all assets, then each asset can be tiny and rely on just the runtime-free bundle.

It's still a little down the roadmap, but Graphite's architecture is as an authoring tool for compilable standalone graphical programs. That could be a CLI app, a fullscreen "demo"/"game" program, or an asset to embed in a Godot game— to render content on-the-fly like HUDs or, really, any textures.
