Hey there! It's been a while. I've had time to process some things, and kinda sad that I can't continue to gain like I was before. I have lost weight, and will likely continue to do so. I honestly don't know how much I will lose, but I do need to get my health in order.

I've gotten to the point where that I need to feel stuffed after eating meals, otherwise I'm not satisfied. Which is good, because it's been great for my gains lately. Speaking of gains, I've managed to put on close to 20lbs in a little over 2 months! Which is honestly kinda wild to me 🥴
