new core blorbo dropped in the FGD files for the july to september portal 2 builds.
their name is Wormtongue. there is another Personality Core texture in the files with a yellow eye likely intended for them. Wormtongue is also the name of a LOTR character.
likely a post-march multi-core remnant?
