Meteora!! How is this not one of the 7 wonders of the world? 10 mile hike was challenging in 32C heat but ‘wow’ the scenery was stunningly beautiful. Huge number of tourist buses in the road. Not a soul on the hiking paths. Only mad dogs and Englishmen?? #eurail #interrail #meteora #greece

FIrst day #hiking on the Rheinsteig after a few very enjoyable days in Cologne/Koln This is the start of a rail and foot powered adventure to Istanbul via Munich, Vienna, Romania (Transylvania and then Constanta on the Black Sea), and finally to Bulgaria to meet the night train to Istanbul.
