Actually, I read a bit of detail on this, and it seems the priorities are the major conurbation, which tend to be Labour, rather than rural areas, which tend to be Tory. 🌹😉

Durham Cathedral. Despite the imposing bulk of the building on its famous perch above the River Wear it is not a huge interior. The domineering forest of great Norman columns is overpowering, and there is a sense of a worshipping community camping out in the ruins of something great, now lost to us.

The mainstream media in UK is under the spell of Trump, which might be why the lead story was about Trump + meeting Brunham. A more important meeting, between Burnham & Ursula von der Leyen of the EU, was more important but hardly mentioned. Journalists need to improve.
