I’m in a rental car (a Nissan Versa, supposedly a real car) and I absolutely cannot get over the CLEARLY FREEHAND-DRAWN lines on the backup camera??!? I stress to you, reader, these are the lines that appear on the car’s display. They are not the kind that “bends” it’s just an MSPaint PNG.

I’ve already talked to YouTube Partner Support so this is NOT a “get your pitchforks” post: A viewer sent us a screenshot that shows YouTube claiming one of our videos is AI, which I find insulting *at best*, and damaging to our brand at worst. For the record, all our work is human-made.

A YouTube survey asking the user to rate the quality of what it claims is “an AI video”, but the video in question is an episode of Friday Nights.

Also here’s the storyboard for goodnight Gibb, and a still frame from the camera. The “moon” is literally the diffuser for the light, to which I added a slight moon surface texture in post. Plus knocked out the darkness and replaced it with stars, of course.

I assure you that for absolutely zero reasons to do with child wizards, I was curious to try this Spinnaker’s limited seasonal soda flavour. Would not recommend! It smells a bit like butter, but it tastes like an even split of CREAM SODA and MICROWAVE POPCORN, then the flavour thankfully vanishes.

When I was writing Creative Text for Murders at Karlov Manor, I submitted “Secret Tunnel” as the name for a land. The name was selected, and shipped off to editing as the chosen name. To my surprise, it was printed as Escape Tunnel. That’s when I guessed Avatar was in the works. Huzzah!

Used the Lego “party build” app to do a family build concurrently, rather than taking turns, and it worked extremely well. It was a little chaotic with opening new bags before we were finished with other ones, but that’s maybe because this was a Bricklink set. It was really fun.
