I'm guessing the 'dance moves' that Great Egrets do is a hunting technique, as its often followed by a successful catch.

Wheatear migration well under way, they have been passing though Ferrybridge for a few weeks now. Using the car as a hide really pays off when they pose so well on the car park rocks.

This morning at Chesil Cove a Manx Shearwater found by Duncan Walbridge was seemingly caught up in something. It attracted the attention of a Gull and appeared unable to successfully fly away.
