Dissolution of Parliament is a prerogative power, but it's a very strong constitutional convention that the monarch exercises those powers upon ministerial advice. Dissolving Parliament six months after a general election at the behest of a deranged foreign billionaire is not going to happen.

Anyone else had frozen shoulder and finally, but very reluctantly, given into the approach of the greys because you can't reach your head to colour your hair? Whoever said grey hair is fashionable was talking out of their arse.
