Great to see the results of my Master's trial published in Age & Ageing! Our program was delivered through Facebook to older adults with lifestyle education, eHealth falls prevention (StandingTall) and tailored exercise prescribed by Exercise Physiologists. Read the paper here 👉 lnkd.in/gY3SYuqT
