I did help desk in the RS232 VT220 terminal days. Had a lady call me to say her monitor wasn’t working. There was a power outage to the whole building and I mentioned that. She said that wasn’t HER problem; she needed her monitor working. Bless her! Help desk teaches you a LOT; very worthwhile.
