I'm not the only one who has realised #NUCarnival is a guideverse, right? 👀 #BLMeme

『Mushroom』 | 버섯 🍄 @gotousatsuki.bsky.social · 22h

Oh, and going back to the whole reference/tracing thing, just bc you do have references or trace an outline doesn't mean much, tbh. I've traced (with minor alterations) this guy from a 3D model, but I'm currently at a loss for where to go from here. (I'll figure it out, tho... Eventually. 👀🥲)

(Which is exactly what happened with this pregnant!Lulu fanart I started ages ago and never finished bc omg all the detailing for the lace! 😫😭💀 I keep saying I'mma go back and finish it, but it's been 8+ years, so... I'm prolly not, actually.)

I mean, fuck. Ain't nobody got time* to draw sommat like this 👇 from scratch. 😭 (It took so long even with me doing lines over the reference! 🫠💀) — (*Okay, some people do, and if that's their prerogative, then all power to them! But... I do not. I would have lost steam and never finished it...)

Seeing anti-reference BS come across my timeline again. References are our friends. 😤 And a completely necessary part of art. (Human memory tends to be shit, y'all.) I tend to trace stuff, too (working on my phone and all). Base lines from references. Has helped a lot. This is what became Urime:

So, while I'm not pointing out everything in this manhwa (there hasn't been a whole lot, thankfully), this is on the more egregious side, so... Chucking the ‘too’ is the simplest fix here. #DineWithAVampure

『Mushroom』 | 버섯 🍄 @gotousatsuki.bsky.social · 14/10/2026

This is a common error I see—pretty sure I've pointed it out once or twice before. ‘Run’ is an irregular verb. You only use ‘ran’ when it's the simple past tense being used, but since there's another verb here, ‘have’, you use ‘run’: would've run. #DineWithAVampire #AMushroomEdits

I mean, I have used that. But I don't want to actually *watch* any 💀, and almost all the screenshots I run across have somebody's head cut off. 🫠 Though, sometimes that works, actually. 👀👇

Oh, yeah. Beneath the clothes is this. 💁🍆 Tbf, there's a reason I drew it (and on the chibi base, ackshully), and that is bc it helps me orient things per the angle. Was especially helpful with this, where his hips are rolled back but jutting outward.

Urime and his hair. 🥲💁 Pretty proud of that hair, actually. Though, it is Long, and I hate myself for that. Always. 💀 Pose is from posemaniacs.com. Chainmail texture was found here on Bsky. Other textures are from ibis, as is the foreground branch. BG by me. 😃 #AMushroomDraws #AMushroomsOCs

Over My Dead Body Rating: ⭐⭐ Even for a short, the plot is extremely shallow and a jarring bit of convenience storytelling. The title makes no sense, and the ending ignores the fact that the king was against the MC being with the ML in the first place. 🫠 The art is nice, tho. #AMushroomReviews

WiP Update~ Just noticed I need to adjust his mouth a bit. 👀💀 Man, this pose is giving me a run for my money, that's for sure. But it's looking pretty okay, if I do say so myself. 😅 #AMushroomDraws

I despise the moronic idiots who just stayed home more. I saw so many people saying they wouldn't vote bc Kamala wouldn't denounce Israel, so now we've got a fucking fascist in office who is also Israel's actual henchman, and somehow this was the better option??

Ngl, having re-read Bye Bye and now #TheUnquenchableMrKim (via Lezhin), I am re-evaluating my past praise of Tapas' translations. But even if they're fairly decent in general, that unfortunately does not include this particular title. 😒😩 #AMushroomEdits
