With all the resistance to Trump, I'm not hearing anyone talking about initiating reforms to prevent the current abuses of power. The closest is removing authorizations of force. Where are the proposals for constitutional amendments? Where are the proposals for institutional reforms of Congress?

As part of my comedy education, I'm watching the original Night Court on Prime. It's humor is timeless except for an occasional celebrity's name that I don't know. It's interesting to see the 80s with an adult's eye. High waisted skinny guy jeans. Walkmans. NYC dangerous before it was cleaned up.

If I hadn't experienced working for companies that had great DEI programs, I might have been against them because I believe in a meritocracy. What I found is that companies with DEI in their DNA were a psychologically safe place. I worked with absolutely brilliant people I might not otherwise have.
