today is trans day of visibility, which also (by genuine coincidence) marks year 8 of the "start" of my transition. it's been a long and extremely difficult path but for the first time in my entire life, i've started to look upon myself with kindness, patience, and love. i wouldn't change a thing. 🏳️⚧️
