Spiders officially get to live in my house. We've crossed that bridge. No spider dies. I am actively practicing Ahimsa (without actually knowing I was doing it but now I'm all in) and will harm none--unless it involves bed bugs or ants or mosquitoes. I have my limits to compassion.

Due to accidently consuming too much iron and B12 via supplements (and monster energy drinks) I'm off all supplements. I'm gonna tackle this vegan healthy living through food alone--okay, that's not true. One B12 1mg once a week but for the moment that's it. Gonna get it all rechecked in 4 months.

I've been reading 'how not to diet' very interesting book but I think I missed how just eating healthy should be my goal, not dieting. Counting calories has been my binge eating downfall. It's been like 5 months sitting at the same weight. I'm tired of it.

Completed my daily with 120g of protein, 1300 calories, and several big walks that dropped me -500 cal. We're gonna do this weight loss thing dammit. If I could just make it to 165lbs then I'd be happy as I've hovered between 166 to 170 for a few months :/ #weightloss

The greatest kitchen toys in my life and I think essential for everyone: ninja bullet blender, air fryer, instant pot, and food processor. My entire life revolves around these gadgets, and tonight I made the best lentils I've ever had in my life. Next time I'll use veggie broth tho.
