It is difficult to keep squirrels away. But you can provide food more easily obtained for the squirrels. Example, they will eat seed on the ground before going through difficult acrobatics to get the same in a hanging feeder.

You need a way to vary income scenarios, such as an increase in taxes on the very rich. It should be detailed enough to do things like play out the upper 1% paying the same rate as lower income people do, and sho what the revenue would look like under that scenario.
