Thabks so very much!! I'd say basse on my experience thus far success flies not so much in controlling the watercolors but in providing the best parameters for them to do what they're going to do. Kind of like parenting?

Yes. Though it originally opened in '88 as San Francisco Shopping Centre, then once the Westfield rebranding and expansion had run its course, it's now plain old San Francisco Centre. And anchored by Shake Shack.
