Straight up whenever someone asks me if I used genAI or compares my work to genAI it feels like a slap to my face.

Type C modded NDS?!? Did you do that yourself? (I'm a big fan of converting devices to Type C)

And as much hate as Comic Sans gets, it's quite easy to read and dyslexia friendly too. Don't be afraid to use it!

I'm the kind of DM that does this. I also handout player journals that I bind myself for them to take notes and I tell them that they all should take notes (Ideally in character).

From what I've seen from you so far, you've got my vote in August.

The biggest impact on salmon populations isn't sea lions, it's humans. In particular dams and over fishing. The sea lions are just going for what's left to not starve.

The amount of my GOP coworkers that think "antifa" stands for "anti first amendment" is infuriating. (If it needs to be said: it stands for ANTI-FAcist) And they're dead-set on their views. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if most of them have a favorite flavor of crayon.

It's got a learning curve for sure but coming from other software should make it less difficult. Not easy, just less difficult lol First time I tried it I panicked as well but it didn't take too long to hit my stride again. (I got there, eventually lol)

There's a difference between being a "photocopy" service and being a "photocopy of your valid photo ID" service. It's like the difference between a mechanic and forklift mechanic. One is more generic than the other. I'm sure you understand that with owning a mechanic shop.

I took this back in 2024 on a particularly beautiful spring day when I called out of work because it was too pretty outside. 10/10 would do it again. And I have multiple times since then too lol #cherryblossom #spring #flowers

Pictured is a single cherry blossom on a branch of a tree. It's on an incredibly small branch all to itself.

Gotta love when the doctor moves your appointment further out, then doesn't want to bridge the gap in medication that they caused by moving it. Gonna have to be unmedicated for over a week, time to cancel plans until it can be refilled. Gotta tell my boss and check my PTO at work just in case. #ADHD

If you use Adobe products for personal use I highly recommend jumping ship to some FOSS software instead. There's alternatives for most of (if not all) of it. I have strong opinions about their recent changes (and it don't work so great on Linux lol) so I've jumped ship and it's been so nice.

Keep in mind about pepper spray, it's an oil so flush with a very dilute water and no tear baby shampoo mix. 1L+ Also never wear contacts to a protest, tear gas can melt the lenses to your eyes. (pepper spray can also get between them and your eyes as well) In both cases, DON'T RUB YOUR EYES!

Seeing these people stand up the way they do to their rep adds fuel to the fire of hope. I feel inspired! (My local rep was also one of the 7 that voted for more ICE funding, they've been repeatedly a disappointment since their last election)

This mural I saw the other day in Vancouver rings so true lately it hurts. The only flowers blooming are the ones we make for ourselves. Show that hope to others. Be the field of flowers. Make a place for hope. I took this using my 4x5 film camera. #hope #filmphotography #vancouver

Pictured is a mural on a wall behind fences, next to gravel, dirt, and trash. The mural says "Where flowers bloom so does hope." On the wall next to it are painted flowers.

Voted to support the agency that just murdered another US citizen in broad daylight. Are you gonna skip issuing a statement on this murder like you did Renee Good's? (There was a statement on Kirk's right after but oddly not one for these people, why?)

I think that new apartments should be required have solar panels to supplement the grid (along with stores and the like). Even if they're not self sufficient (the stores might be) I think we can make a community a net energy producer if we tried. Keep up the good work raising awareness!

Getting sober is hard AF! It's so worth it though! The worst part is for years afterwards the cravings will pop back up randomly for short periods of time then pass. I've been sober for 7 years now and the cravings still pop up sometimes (they get rarer though. With time)

On New Years Eve I went for a drive to the Cedar Creek Grist Mill and I took the 4x5 camera I restored out there. I was really happy with how these turned out and felt like sharing. It was about dusk when I got there so I was pretty lucky as I had some fairly slow film loaded.
