Trump promises 1.5 BILLION gallons of Russian diesel. Meanwhile, Russia's diesel production is down nearly 30%, its refineries are damaged, and it's importing fuel from South Korea. Where are the tankers? Where's the verified agreement? You can't fuel America's trucks with a press release.
