Stop letting politicians divide us. NHS staff aren't the problem, lack of funding and resources are. It’s time to hold the people in power accountable and stand together as one team. Grab an "I care about NHS staff & patients" badge to show your support: link in bio.

As Wes Streeting resigns for a leadership bid, the NHS faces a chaotic top-down reorganisation. Experts warn it strips away public scrutiny, moving power to Whitehall. When you silence patient voices, care standards drop. We need accountability. Read: lowdownnhs.info/analysis/nhs...

Language is powerful, especially when it comes to our healthcare system. Insourcing sounds like bringing services back into public hands. But in the NHS? Private firms are coming into hospitals, using public equipment, and walking away with the profit. Words matter.

Special administration of Thames Water is affordable. The Conservative government had a plan to cut 40% of Thames Water's debts. We can cut more. But EVEN IF this government pays off all of Thames Water's £17bn debts, this would be 'trivial' for the bond markets.
