A couple of weeks ago, we had to say goodbye to our oldest dog. 💔 Yesterday, our other dog needed emergency surgery after developing a severe uterine infection. Thankfully, everything went well and she came home last night. So grateful to still have her with us. ❤️🐾

Today we’re out on a lovely little trip to Fäberget in the High Coast area of Sweden. It’s about 80 km from where we live. Our friends brought lunch with them, so we got to make our own wraps and enjoy lunch out in nature. 🌯🌲 Here are a few pictures from the day! 📸

I’ve received some very sad news. Our oldest dog, Maggan, who is 13 years old, has been diagnosed with cancer in her upper jaw. Unfortunately, it is inoperable, and as she seems to be suffering quite a lot, we have made the difficult decision to let her go peacefully. My favorite dog. ❤️

Today's lunch consists of flatbread sandwich with smoked Arctic char, and a flatbread sandwich with smoked reindeer meat. And a good beer! Absolutely delicious, enjoyed with a wonderful view.

Stekenjokk never disappoints! 🏔️ What a beautiful day up here in the Swedish mountains. Sunshine, clear blue skies, temperatures of at least 16°C and only a light breeze. Perfect conditions for hiking and enjoying the incredible scenery.

My wife and I go to the Swedish mountains every year at the end of August. At this time of year, there are no mosquitoes, hardly any annoying flies, and not too many tourists either. This year, we're lucky with the weather — sunshine, no rain, and hardly any wind. 🏔️☀️😊
