The ray gun roars to life, blasting glowing purple energy beams directly at Hevelius, the light wavering and spiraling as it makes contact with his body. He quickly and suddenly surges in size, muscles swelling, his physique bulking as his new ToonArmy uniform is blasted directly over his body, as if he had been wearing the tight tactical gear the entire time.

Officer: "Now look at that smile! Now there's a raptor ready to Do His Part!"
Hevelius: "Hah! Affirmative, chief!"

As the machine cools down, the saurian stands at nearly double the size and most likely quadruple the BMI, broad pecs, long legs, and a trim waist, flashing a proud, toothy grin to the POV. Just like that, Hevelius has joined the ranks of the ToonArmy, and is in perfect form to Do His Part to protect the universe!
