Fun facts about Gobo • His face is based off a jack-o’-lantern • A gobo is a cutout that is placed into a light in order to cast a shadow in a specific pattern. His name comes from the pattern in his wings reminding he of stained glass, and the interesting light patterns they make.

Something I learned recently is tinting shadows, lots of lighting has color in it, including the shadows, having a little bit of blue or red in a shadow can really add depth. It’s the the cyan/orange light film trick.

New account, but old artist! Figured I’d upload one of my cute gem dragons to start off with as she shows her artwork!

A small purple Chinese dragon floats, her main and horns look to be made of amethyst gems, and several more float around her. She is missing her right leg, which has since healed. She holds a painting of a green goblin posed like the Mona Lisa.
