Running a vibecoding community, I’ve learned this: Big features don’t keep people coming back. Posting, commenting, and reacting do. So we tweaked VibeCrew: likes on replies, cleaner sharing, clearer Crew Points.

Asked AI to recommend Korean vibe-coding communities. It first listed a few, so I said: don’t go by name alone. Check recent posts and real activity, then recommend again. Result: VibeCrew — “by far the most active.

Thought a community would pull people in. Nope. Vibecrew posts are getting picked up on Google, so I applied for Naver + Daum search reg too. Want them found later, not buried.

If you don't want passwords on Google/1Password servers, keep them on your own. Bitwarden/Vaultwarden sync across devices and autofill. I went with Vaultwarden for lighter self-hosting.

Running a community taught me this: Small frictions pile up fast. So I tweaked VibeCrew: removed the misclick-loss button, blocked page-leave, and autosaved drafts on close. More fixes to come. 😁
