Grateful to be back with New Hampshire’s State Veterans Advisory Committee to hear directly from veterans about what’s working, where people are still falling through the cracks, and what more we need to do. Your experience informs my work in Congress — and I’ll always have your back.

October 7, 2023, was the deadliest day for the Jewish people since the Holocaust. Three years ago today, Hamas terrorists murdered more than 1,200 people — civilians, servicemembers, children, and grandparents — and took 251 innocent people hostage. (1/4🧵)

From clearing snow to maintaining the roads we rely on every day, local public works crews keep New Hampshire moving. Great to visit the Northwood Highway Department and hear directly from town officials about the essential work needed to serve their community.

I joined Protect Our Care in Concord because we have a healthcare crisis in this country — and I’ll be relentless in fighting to lower costs, protect Medicaid, and make sure every Granite Stater can get the care they need.

Thank you to Chief Mark Tetreault, the whole team from the Northwood Fire Rescue Department, Northwood Selectboard Vice Chair Matt Frye, and Northwood Town Manager Neil Irvine and for showing me around and talking with me about how we can work together to keep this community safe.

We are who we are by way of memory — and our state will always remember what Dan MacDonald has done for us.🇺🇸

Yesterday in Langdon: Class of 2027, meet the Class of 2039. 🐾 At Fall Mountain Regional High School, seniors and kindergartners met at the 50-yard line for the 2nd Annual Passing of the Paw, as the oldest Wildcats welcomed the youngest to the 12-year journey they’ll share. (1/2🧵)

Dental care is primary health care — mission-critical health care. A toothache can keep a kid from learning, eating, sleeping, and smiling. Myra Nikitas and Mary Duquette’s Traveling Tooth Fairies bring free dental care to NH kids right at school. (1/3🧵)

School year is in full swing in Nashua! 📚 I had a great time visiting Birch Hill Elementary, Brian S. McCarthy Middle School, and Nashua High School South to see firsthand the incredible work students, educators, and staff are doing every day.

New Hampshire’s firefighters and first responders are being asked to do more and more with less and less year after year. I’m working every day to have your back in Congress and deliver what you need to do your life-saving work. (1/2🧵)

I’m the granddaughter of a Nashua Rotarian, so spending time with the Rotary Club of Nashua West felt especially meaningful. Thank you for the warm welcome, the conversation, and for the way you show up for one another and our community. Service above self is something our country needs more of.

Social Security is a promise — and I’m going to make sure we keep it. That means no cuts to benefits, and making sure everyone pays their fair share. Great conversation today with the Rotary Club of Nashua West. Thank you for the good and tough questions — keep them coming.

For 127 years, the VFW has stood up for America’s veterans, their families, and our communities. On VFW Day, I’m grateful to every Granite State VFW member who keeps serving long after the uniform comes off. I’ll always fight to keep our country’s promises to you.

Impactful meeting in Nashua with the amazing team at St. Joseph Hospital this week. Heard directly about the challenges facing our non-profit healthcare providers and got some great ideas on how we can work together to bring power back where it belongs: with people — not price-gouging corporations.

Pease Air National Guard Base is hallowed ground. Captain Harl Pease Jr. was taken prisoner in service to our country, and never came home. Today, every mission flown from Pease carries forward the name and living legacy of a NH hero. We remember and honor him and every American still missing. 🇺🇸

More than 10,000 veterans have lost their homes since President Trump abruptly shut down the VA’s foreclosure rescue program in May 2025. At the same time, nearly 90,000 veterans are at serious risk of foreclosure after being whiplashed between new and canceled programs. (1/3🧵)
