♡May 2026♡ starting my Winsor and Newton adventure. I always wanted to ink comics like professional newspaper comic artists for Sunday papers. I'm developing my technique using Watterson's sable brush, and tried to get into Prohias' headspace. I feel like inking as me (#4) looks better? #spyvsspy

May, 2026 After receiving some art advice I was able to use it to really improve my paintings. I feel like it was finally brought to life thanks to the help! I feel like this is the first time something I've painted looks the way I wanted it to. It took 3-4 days. #mylittlepony #mlp #pinkiepie #art

♡April 2026♡ Extra special piece with a lot of joy channeled into it , a birthday gift for @shady-svs.bsky.social ! I must have whipped this up in about 2 hours/under. I tried to focus on line weight and simplicity in perspective yet effective for communication. I was surprised how nice it came out.

A talk about my art and depictions of suicide. Know that as much art that I create depicting suicide, I will never kill myself. I do it to comfort myself, and to comfort others. I’m staying alive as an act of fucking rebellion. TW: Suicide, Suicide Mention www.tumblr.com/good-gremlin...

♡April 2026♡ MAKING IT MY MISSION TO POST THE MOST ABSURD SHIT POSSIBLE. this took a while. the lineart was torture at first. adding the effects and seeing it come together toward the end was so worth it. i really need to work on my lineart techniques; it takes concentration. im so happy with this!

♡April 2026♡ The beautiful behind-the-scenes process of making art. This is a work in progress; I had to try strengthening my lineart skills first before inking this sucker. But I think I'll go ahead and do it sooner than later to compare how much I improved later on. #art #spyvsspy

♡April 2026♡ Kind of a lazy attempt to make some more characterizations for Black spy for my fanfic. I didn't feel like doing another self-taught art lesson so I drew freeform to see if all my hard work stuck and I could put less effort with improved outcome. I think it's paying off. #art #spyvsspy

♡April 2026♡ Here I tried sketching using the same brush I'd use to make lineart and tried to keep the sketch very clean. I found it helped my lineart significantly and I'm really proud of this one. Also used a reference to study gesture and line of action which still confuses me. #art #spyvsspy

♡April 2026♡ Here I was frustrated and overwhelmed about learning art fundamentals. Especially on my own. I feel like a lost fish and wish I could be a pupil to a master artist. The process can be unfun when starting to learn new concepts. Learned why the lineart looks worse (cont.) #art #spyvsspy

♡April 1, 2026♡ My first sincere attempt at trying to mimic Prohias' lineart in SVS. I learned about the term "draftsmanship" just in April. I drew thick-and-thins without quite understanding where and when to use them. Learn: Line weight principles (e.g. lighting) & tapered stroke. #art #spyvsspy

♡March 2026♡ Fun art server comic prompt. The prompt was: Chocolate. I tried my best to practice consistency. But this exercise illuminated that I need to practice my understanding of form or breaking things down into component shapes to perceive characters as 3d. I guessed a lot. #art #comic #furry

♡March 2026♡ Didn't use any line of action or gesture really, kind of deviated from the reference. Still looks cool though. Despite the scratchy lines. I would have cleaned up the sketch again to have an easier time doing the lineart. #art #spyvsspy

♡March 2026♡ I really like how this one came out. I didn't use any references though, only references of coats to try and refine clothing design. Again, characterizations for my angst fic. Stings to notice things after like White's belt is too high, I'm forgetting something... #art #spyvsspy

♡March 2026♡ A drawing about being stealth to ensure your physical safety. One of the greatest joys in drawing SVS is rewriting history, undoing censorship from authority figures who enforce only cishet depictions in media. Because these spies are infact madly in love with each other. #art #spyvsspy

♡March 2026♡ One of my favorite drawings. Drew this when I was really fucking going through it. Their designs are based on characterizations for my super angsty hurt no/comfort in-progress fanfic.
