I owned the PS1 version as a kid but only ever finished the game on the 3DS remake, so I wasn’t sure where it switched over. A huge accomplishment regardless, what a behemoth of a game

They’re some of our favourite designs in the last few years! Definitely went wild picking up a bunch on our trip to Japan last year. Many of the ones from this month were picked up for us by some very kind friends who had travelled there this summer. Was fun to try a bunch of them out!

My ranking of the first 6 games would be: 6>4>5>3>1>2 I just couldn’t get into the level up system in 2 - very novel and innovative but I’m glad they went toward what they did in 3 after

Fair on the story front. My biggest memory of 3 was the NINJAS who can wield ALL WEAPONS and ONION KNIGHTS who have hidden endgame onion weapons that make them ridiculously overpowered!
