Today is the anniversary of Warsaw Uprising in 1944 - a brave attempt to liberate Warsaw from nazi occupation and claim authority in the face of soviet plans for Poland. So many brave, beautiful people have died for freedom. Czesc i chwala bohaterom- respect and glory to the heroes

‘Could’ is doing heavy lifting…. I definitely want BBM to be part of pathway and I think it will change it - fewer tests, faster diagnosis. Still a piece of the puzzle. But a lot of quite exciting developments discussed at the conference

Yes to the first part. For the second, we often make a clinical diagnosis of ‘Alzheimer’s dementia’, which may not be Alzheimer’s disease. So a negative p tau217 can have different meaning depending on clinical presentation, but essentially speaks against pathological AD.

Yes - although a negative test just means Alzheimer’s pathology is unlikely, but of course doesn’t exclude dementia due to other pathological causes (e.g. LATE). Also, there is probably nuance in ‘clean’ MRI report
