I see that Bo Rap is being re-released AGAIN! It's not like originals are hard to get! But THIS time it is both on 7" AND 12" for a stupid price! Same tracks as the original of course. Who wants to pay the extra tenner? Besides @avavsystems.bsky.social who thinks that an extra 5 inches is worth it!

What an album to test me new Dolby Atmos system!!! Looking forward to my Genesis, Pink Floyd, Frankie and Propaganda's blu-ray releases.

Weird! Treated myself to a Dolby Atmos reciever over the weekend as I have quite a few @super-deluxe.bsky.social releases with more on the way and thought that WTTP by Frankie would be a great addition to their releases. What do I see on their website today? Yep WTTP by Frankie! Get in there!

Haven't done that for a while. Just been on a word and name blocking spree! This isn't the other place, I don't want to see people shouting at clouds over politics!

What the heck? Talk about false advertisements! Was looking forward to seeing Battleship Pokemon with a Pet Shop Boys soundtrack! But no, instead of an animal film featuring Pikachu, it's a dreary Russian film from the 1920's. Wot a swizz! I wants me money back!! @petshopboys.music-social.com

Sometimes it's worth checking Discogs! Had an email from Gary Numan's website saying this boxset was on offer for £130! Checked Discogs and a seller was selling them brand new and sealed for £89!!

So it looks like I will be getting a record collection that belonged to a friend's late father. Usual classics, Beatles, Bowie, Deep purple, Alice Cooper. The problem is the previous owner was a VERY heavy smoker so all the records stink. Any suggestions or just put them into my storage locker?

Just to prove I have more money than sense! Someone was selling 2 copies of The Klf's What Time Is Love Story album on Ebay. One with a sleeve, one without. I do have the original album, bought at the time for a fiver. This sleeveless one appears to have a handwritten description by Bill Drummond?

Back home now from filming EE, not the wonderful experience I had hoped it would be! Was there for 9 hrs yet filmed only two scenes, both quite short! I was in a pub scene with Phil, Billy, Holly, Kathy and Ben. Plus the nutter who got jailed? Very small set. Going to nap now as I am tired out!

Morning! Just a quick update to say I am still alive and kicking (Well not so much kicking as I don't have the energy anymore!) I feel a bit bad about making a fuss of my prognosis and then nothing happened! Am seeing a Pallative care nurse this week. The first time I have had any contact with them.

So Talking Heads have dine another box set, this time for More Songs About Buildings And Food. shop.thisisdig.com/gb/dig/artis... Not sure why they want you to pay over £100 more just to get a double live album so I went for the 2 LP/4 7" singles set.

Looking on Bluesky there are load of people complaining about #WeTransfer and their new TOS which allows them to steal what you upload, amend it and make money from it. If you look on X, there is ONE post about it! I guess a big business who has AI and a social media platform doesn't like dissent?

That's a disappointment. One of my favourite groups as a kid was M. In fact their first album was one of the first I ever bought with my own money. Well they are back, Back, BACK! with a new album called The FAQ's Of Life but it's a digital only release! 14 year old me demands a vinyl version, now!

This filming malarkey really is money for old rope! £500 to bring my car and park it in a street for two days whilst they film around it! Added to that there were about 50 other people there with cars doing the same thing??? Found out if they used an agency who supplied cars it would cost much more.

Quite surprised to hear a bit of The Postal Services's Such Great Heights being played during the Elephant Love Medley part in Moulin Rouge. It's amazing that the Postal Service had a cover of the track on it's CD single. I really like the version on it by Iron And Wine youtu.be/ZIq_KLMvIY8?...
