Occasionally I see posts about how high and top level need to foster more growth in mid and low level. I think there is more that can be done in that regard, but if you're saying this then I have a tip you can implement RIGHT NOW not contingent on asking other people to do things: go to your locals.

It does fill that same hole with heavy to some degree. I don’t think bamboo works well with litre because litre comps seem to play very selfishly which bamboo can do but imo works better with more chip damage ad paint support. The comp can be weird as you said and just seems volatile

You pair it with pen because bamboo doesn’t have the enough range on 3/4 of the maps in this game. Other cooler options don’t help with that. bamboo is played better as a midline slayer than a backline right now
