DOGE is an illegal and illegitimate agency. Musk has no authority to operate said agency. Article II, Sec 2, Clause 2 of the Constitution-- specifies that only CONGRESS has the power to establish such offices and that only AFTER legislation has been enacted can a Pres make appts to said offices
